eTMS Ohio — A state-funded brain treatment program for veterans, first responders, and law enforcement officers in Ohio. Operated under contract with the Ohio Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services.
eTMS Florida — A state-funded brain treatment program for veterans, first responders, and law enforcement officers in Florida.
D2 Human Performance — Human performance and clinical brain treatment centers open to all individuals, offering recovery therapies, rTMS, Spravato, and wellness services through insurance, cash pay, and payment plans.
Brain Treatment Center Fayetteville — A clinical neurological treatment center in Fayetteville, NC specializing in MeRT therapy for veterans, first responders, and military personnel.
Scotty B Foundation — A nonprofit organization that provides financial assistance and support resources to help veterans, first responders, and their families access the treatment they need.
Serving Our Heroes
Committed to nurturing the wellbeing of our heroes, we serve as the administrative foundation for the innovative eTMS programs in Ohio and Florida. In collaboration with State Legislatures and Departments, we extend electroencephalogram Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (eTMS) treatment to Veterans, First Responders, Law Enforcement and others.

At JLC, we've pioneered interactive software technology that interfaces with personal wristwatches and rings, functioning as digital biomarkers to monitor sleep quality, heart rate and other wellness indicators. Employing these tools alongside self-reported scales, we diligently track data and outcomes, ensuring safety and progress of our patients.
Leading FDA Trials
JLC has extensive experience in conducting FDA trials for research initiatives. Currently, we are actively involved in a groundbreaking FDA trial in collaboration with Wright State Univerity and in partnership with Wave Neuroscience.

JLC Services operated a non-profit entity named the Scotty Brauer Foundation, which is primarily focused on fundraising and providing support to JLC Services. The foundation ensures that all indirect costs associated with treatment, such as housing, travel assistance and transportation, remain free for Veterans, First Responders and Law Enforcement Officers currently undergoing treatment.
