Spravato® and expert medication management, under one roof.
Through D2 Behavioral Health, JLC offers Spravato (esketamine) for treatment-resistant depression and comprehensive psychiatric medication management, coordinated with eTMS and therapy, and measured like everything we do.
- FDA-approved Spravato®
- Certified, monitored setting
- Board-directed psychiatric care
- Coordinated with eTMS & therapy
A rapid-acting option when other antidepressants haven't worked.
Spravato is an FDA-approved nasal-spray treatment for adults with treatment-resistant depression: depression that has not responded adequately to other antidepressants. It works differently, targeting the brain’s glutamate system, and many patients experience improvement faster than with standard antidepressants.
Because of how it works, Spravato is given only in a certified healthcare setting. You self-administer the nasal spray under the supervision of our clinical team and are monitored on-site afterward before you go home.
Spravato may be a fit if you
- Are an adult living with major depressive disorder
- Have tried other antidepressants without adequate relief
- Are looking for a monitored, in-office treatment option
- Want care coordinated with therapy and other treatments
What to know
- FDA-approved for treatment-resistant depression
- Administered in-office and monitored under a federal safety program (REMS)
- You won't drive the rest of the day after a session
- A medical evaluation determines if it's right for you
Thoughtful psychiatric care, coordinated with the rest of your treatment.
Good medication management is more than a prescription. Our psychiatric team provides careful evaluation, prescribing, and ongoing monitoring, adjusting your plan as your needs change and keeping it aligned with any eTMS, Spravato, or therapy you are receiving. Because JLC measures outcomes over time, decisions are informed by how you are actually responding.
Medication, neurotech, and therapy, working together.
D2 Behavioral Health brings Spravato, medication management, eTMS, and therapy into one coordinated plan, measured throughout, so your care team can see what is working.
